I work with people who are tired of the gap between how things look and how things actually feel. People are functioning - technically - but know there's more to it than that.
That's the gap I spent years living in before I understood what was going on. It's also the gap that coaching helped me close. That's why I'm particular about the work - and why the people I work with tend to leave feeling more like themselves.
Not just tiredness — the kind of depletion that makes everything feel pointless. We work on understanding how you got here, rebuilding capacity slowly, and making sure you don't drift back.
Who are you when you're not performing? What do you actually want? For people at a crossroads — career transitions, relationship changes, or just the quiet sense that something needs to shift.
Executive function, emotional dysregulation, the toll of masking. Both in Autism and ADHD, we build systems that fit how your brain actually works — not how it's 'expected' to.
Whether you are struggling with the doomscrolling, gaming, endless distractions or you just want a healthier balance with technology, we can work together to form habits that will really make a difference.

For a long time, I didn't understand what was wrong with me.
I pushed myself hard, hit a wall, and still couldn't make sense of why I felt the way I did. Mental health struggles that nothing seemed to explain. A late diagnosis that suddenly made a lot of my life click into place.
What actually changed things was working with a coach.
I showed up with no idea how I felt, what I wanted, or what was going on. What I left with — slowly, not overnight — was a life I was actually in.
Not watching from the sidelines. Mine.
That's why I do this.
I've spent the last five years working with people aged 10 to 60+, from over 100 countries, through burnout, ADHD, Autism, career upheaval, and everything in between.
I have specialist training from a Harvard-affiliated psychiatrist, career training from an ex-Amazon VP and I've completed over 5,000 hours of sessions.
But if I'm honest, the credential that matters most is this: I know what it's like to sit where you're sitting. And I take that seriously.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a forward-focused partnership and conversation. We talk and work on where you are and where you want to get to. I'm not a therapist. If something comes up that feels like it needs clinical support, I'll say so honestly. I'll ask questions, listen properly, and reflect things back that are hard to see from the inside. There's no worksheet or homework unless it feels useful. It's a conversation with some direction.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends entirely on what you're working on. Some people come for a handful of sessions to get clarity on something specific. Others work with me longer term. We figure that out together. Typically, people see achievements around session 8.
How do I know if this is right for me?
The free discovery call exists for exactly this. It's 15 minutes, no obligation, and you'll get a clear sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
What if I don't feel ready?
Most people aren't sure when they first reach out. That's fine. You don't need to have it figured out before we speak.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions are 50 minutes long, usually at the same time each week unless we can agree on a reschedule. Any cancellations or reschedules need to be placed at least 24hours before starting a session.
